So, Xanxus has a really nasty habit of just up and shooting people and/or pegging them in the head with alcohol containers or chunks of debris, or other random fits of sudden and unannounced violence. I realize not everyone wants that occurring to their muses, so here's some permissions business. And, okay, maybe I took a good amount of this from Niko, shhhhh 8|

Also, I play a lot of asshole characters and Xanxus is by far the worst of them. He will pretty much never have anything nice to say ever and will come into your happiness and rainbows post and kick puppies right in the face. IF YOU WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM, THAT IS TOTALLY COOL. Also, just as a warning - he canonically frequently just up and hangs up on people, so just a forewarning, it's likely to happen. A lot. Especially if he decides you don't have anything else useful to tell him. But I do try really hard to keep him talking to people.

Xanxus won't be doing any kind of killing unless it is discussed, so no worries on that. Xanxus's abilities can be found on his Reborn wikia as well as on his app. There are some videos of him in combat here, though it's an arc boss battle in a shounen, so be prepared to be watching for forever and a half. The other important one is here, and I feel like I should also mention that his baseline attack puts like 2 story wide craters into reinforced concrete, and he has leveled an entire hotel floor while holding back in canon so... that's a thing. JUST. SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO. D8

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: Poland doesn't know much about modern weapons, but he's a tough little bastard, as hard to kill as being a nation entails, and has 500 years of experience with fistfighting, swords, and in the deeply unlikely event that it ever comes up, is a grade-A badass on horseback and/or with a lance.
How much damage is Xanxus allowed to do?: Pfft. I've already had him killed once, and I feel like doing it again without intense plot reason for it would undermine the "too stubborn to die" part of his personality. Go ahead and beat him bloody, though. It'll make Lithuania worry, and I enjoy that too much.
Anything else?: Poland and Lithuania are often kind of a package deal--if he picks a fight with Poland, it's likely that Liet will hear of it (because it's hard to keep major wounds a secret from someone who sleeps next to you :D;;) and possibly come after him with Overprotective Husband Vengeance.

Character's name: The Medicine Seller
Can Xanxus throw things at your character?: Please, please do. I find the mental image hilarious.
Can Xanxus punch your character?: He can try.

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: The Medicine Seller doesn't have that much in the way of offensive abilities that work against humans (he's really more of an exorcist), but he's quick, good at avoiding getting hit by mundane attacks, and if worst comes to worst, can very probably improvise explosives and/or poisons.
How much damage is Xanxus allowed to do?: The MS is perceptive almost to the point of seeming precognitive, fights defensively until he has a good opening, and is good enough at it that he very rarely gets hurt in canon, though extremely powerful demons have been known to pull it off. I think it'd be hard to catch him by surprise enough to cause him significant harm.
Anything else?: He's a troll. Not always, but if he thinks you're an ass, he'll be a complete pain (in his quiet, pseudo-polite way).

Character's name: Burt Hummel

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: Not very much. He's got enough fighting spirit to physically defend his son from a much younger man his own size or bigger when push comes to shove, but he's a normal, civilian human, and not in the best of health.
How much damage is Xanxus allowed to do?: However much you want, since unlike with my other characters, that's logistically easy.
Anything else?: Burt is a good person and has a son that will be very upset if he's harmed, but hey, he's gotten off easier than my other characters so far, so whatever I guess :D

Awesome! Thanks a bunch! ^_^ And as for Susan's telepathy, yeah, she can most definitely pull something off Xanxus. He's kind of the Hulk in that he gets RAGINGLY PISSES and then DESTROYS EVERYTHING. Literally, his ability is called Flame of Wrath and he's Powered By Rage /trademark. So she'll definitely be able to tell. He kind of does the stoic 'I am staring at you like nothing is different but I am murdering you in my head' kind of thing before the random outbursts of violence occur, so that'll be good for her :3 But they seem to be getting along, uh, decently? So I don't think it'll be too much of a problem.

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: I'll do them seperately since they have different abilities:

Tim: Tim is supernaturally strong but he's not much of a fighter. Strong in the heavy lifting/punching through walls way, not in the throwing cars way. If he was able to land a punch he could do some serious damage but he's not skilled at fighting so chances are he'd never get that close.

Masky: Also super strong. He's much more prone to fighting and he's a lot better at it. He also always carries a knife and he knows how to use it. If there's anything electronic he can fuck with it at a distance and make things go to static.

Just as a note he's pretty small (5'5") and not really physically imposing. Also he has aa pretty pronounced limp.
How much damage is Xanxus allowed to do?: As much as you want to Masky, he doesn't feel pain like a nomal person and he's not the smartest guy so he won't realize he should run away till far too late. Tim is smart enough to run the fuck away and not walk into fireballs.
Anything else?: Basically have at them!! Also only a couple people know that Tim is Masky so if Xanxus ever found out he could hold it over Tim FOREVER.

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: Lucy is a trained assassin, so her skill in combat is rather high. Should he attack her, he should definitely expect her to come back at him in full force. She doesn’t really make use of weaponry that requires ammunition such as firearms, but does have a tendency to swing a police-like baton. She’d put up a good fight, at least.

Are you cool with dealing with Xanxus's complete jackassery and excessive profanity?: Totally. Pretty sure Mitsuru's heard a good few things since she's modern day, even if she might find it disgraceful and rude and everything in between.

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: Depends. If she has her Evoker, pretty good damage. Blades (namely rapiers), pretty decent damage. But she would need to be angered/pushed enough to actually fight against another person.
How much damage is Xanxus allowed to do?: Life threatening: possibly a talk it over deal depending on how life threatening it is /o/ Otherwise, cuts and bruises and burns and non-life threatening broken/sprained limbs are all okay.

How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: Hmm, I guess you can rate it? As a nation, she's a lot stronger than humans (nothing too extreme), and is very quick on her feet. She uses her oar and guns, as well as martial arts. Also she doesn't look it, but if pushed to extremes she plays dirty 8(
