So, Xanxus has a really nasty habit of just up and shooting people and/or pegging them in the head with alcohol containers or chunks of debris, or other random fits of sudden and unannounced violence. I realize not everyone wants that occurring to their muses, so here's some permissions business. And, okay, maybe I took a good amount of this from Niko, shhhhh 8|

Also, I play a lot of asshole characters and Xanxus is by far the worst of them. He will pretty much never have anything nice to say ever and will come into your happiness and rainbows post and kick puppies right in the face. IF YOU WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM, THAT IS TOTALLY COOL. Also, just as a warning - he canonically frequently just up and hangs up on people, so just a forewarning, it's likely to happen. A lot. Especially if he decides you don't have anything else useful to tell him. But I do try really hard to keep him talking to people.

Xanxus won't be doing any kind of killing unless it is discussed, so no worries on that. Xanxus's abilities can be found on his Reborn wikia as well as on his app. There are some videos of him in combat here, though it's an arc boss battle in a shounen, so be prepared to be watching for forever and a half. The other important one is here, and I feel like I should also mention that his baseline attack puts like 2 story wide craters into reinforced concrete, and he has leveled an entire hotel floor while holding back in canon so... that's a thing. JUST. SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO. D8

Can Xanxus throw things at your character?: Sure
Can Xanxus punch your character?: If she's able to provoke it. o_O
Can Xanxus shoot at/pick a fight with your character?: If he wants to.
How much of an ability does your character have to fight back?: Basic martial arts self defense abilities, she's pretty good with a gun if she has one, and she has Wesker to come to her rescue.
How much damage is Xanxus allowed to do?: Let's discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
Anything else?: Keep in mind that any hostility toward Brennan will likely piss off her boyfriend Wesker, who is the mad-scientist-with-superhuman-powers type. So be prepared. ;)

Wesker mun and I might sort of already be plotting him and Xanxus having regular fights that destroy the mansion :'D But I doubt Dr. Brennan would provoke Xanxus enough to get any kind of violence done to her. Honestly, he probably won't even remember her name half the time :|

Also, daww, panther :3 He's... actually really partial to large cats. His box weapon is a giant liger that mauls people's limbs off so if anything he'll just creepily stalk Bagheera around and be like "8| What badass things can you do? Why are you not mauling people right now?"
